The Internal Committee (IC) of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut is constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The Committee is responsible for prevention, prohibition, and redressal of incidents of sexual harassment at the workplace, functioning as an impartial body that adheres strictly to the principles of natural justice and confidentiality.

Prevention
→ Sensitization and awareness programs on how to recognise and respond to instances of sexual harassment at the workplace.
Prohibition
→ CCTV surveillance and active campus vigilance.
→ Visible deterrence mechanisms for potential perpetrators.
Grievance Redressal
→ Confidential counseling and consultation/support services for victims.
→ Actions range from suspension to termination.
